Cancellation / Refund Policy
All client workshops, as well as gift certificate purchases, are final sale / no refunds. Please consider this carefully before purchasing a workshop.

Client Reschedule Policy

All cancellations or appointment change requests should be made as soon as practical. We appreciate at least 7 days’ notice for any change to your appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours will be credited 50% toward rescheduling.

  • No-show appointments, cancellations within 48 hours, or day-of cancellations will be charged in full.

All workshops are subject to reconfirmation by Healing Hands 2–3 days prior to your appointment.
Please respond if you are asked to reconfirm, or you may lose your appointment.

Client Re-Booking Policy

Any cancellations or re-bookings resulting in funds placed on account must be used within 90 days from the original payment date. Re-booking is permitted one time only. After 90 days, unused funds are forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Instructor-Initiated Rescheduling

Healing Hands is a small, independent practice, and workshops represent a significant block of dedicated time. On rare occasions, rescheduling may be necessary due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.

We will do our best to accommodate participants who are traveling; however, workshops require substantial scheduling commitments and may not always be able to be rescheduled within a day or two. We will work with you to find a mutually agreeable new date, and appreciate your flexibility and understanding, given the nature of a single-instructor practice.

Please consider this carefully before booking. No refunds can be issued for instructor-initiated rescheduling.
