The studio is approximately 400 square feet and includes a separate waiting area and lavatory. Thoughtful in scale and arrangement, the space is designed to support calm, presence, and individual or small-group practice. Depending on the date and time booked, limited access to an outdoor shower, and grounds including a sun deck may be available.
The studio is best suited for a sole practitioner seeking space, one-on-one sessions, or very small groups of up to four participants plus one facilitator.
Please note: massage or any discipline requiring licensure, as well as any public or ticketed offerings, are not permitted. Facilitators are responsible for ensuring that their use aligns with the quiet, residential setting.
With rates starting as low as $95/hour for select uses, the space is intentionally priced to remain accessible and sustainable for wellness professionals and seekers.
